- Neck is excellent.
- For having zero pick wear, this guitar was in pretty bad shape and unplayable. The top bracing was falling out or
broken. I don’t know how the previous owner managed to do this much damage and not break the top, but there
are no cracks except for along the extension. The reinforcing plate was shot. All of this was repaired.
The guitar will remain stable and reliable for another fifty years if kept properly humidified.
- Oddly for Guild, intonation was a mile off. In acoustic guitar terms, this is around 3/8-inch. I bet the original owner never did get this tuned so
that it sounded decent. So, I had to install a new bridge and correct the saddle slot.
- I see there is a bit of hide glue on the bridge bottom. This will clean up before shipping.
Please note: many sellers do not accept returns. I do. I am dedicated to customer satisfaction. This is a great guitar you will
want to keep and play for years. This is not something I just want to get rid of.
