Neck was reset.
Guitar is set up as a standard strumming/picking guitar. It was never set up as a slide guitar.
Play action and play feel are excellent. Action is 4/64 at 12th fret.
Tone quality is excellent. (And, I must admit, I am totally amazed.) Someone is going to own a beautiful small body guitar.

Condition
Overall, guitar is excellent. Amazing for a 100 year old small body guitar. I don’t think this was played much.
There is minor fret wear, first three frets
A spruce patch was added to upper bout under the fret board extension.
There is one small patch under top, lower bout not done by me. Three inch top crack.
Because of shipping concerns, I am not accepting returns unless the guitar is not as described. No warranty except for the reset work. The
rest of the guitar is 98 percent pure martin.
