Guitar is in all around excellent condition. This guitar has had the "Agony of De Feet" repair to
the upper bout. You are thereby assured of long term structural stability, reliability and protection
against play action changes. This operation is done completely through the fret board
extension glue down area.
Neck reset was done.
Bridge was replaced.
I don't think this guitar was played very much since there was zero fret wear
and original intonation was terrible. And I do mean terrible. Intonation is now correct.
