Tone quality and harmonic response are very good. This guitar offers nice play feel and perfect intonation. High E action is 4/64 at the 12th fret and Low E very slightly above.

Neck was reset.

Back was removed, ladder bracing on top was removed, new V-bracing installed. This is a great innovation in top bracing. When a guitar has top distortion, V-bracing easily corrects the issues. Reason is, the braces are full length, block to block. The braces are adjacent to the sound hole 1/4 to 3/8 inch away, and go over and are glued to the reinforcing plate.

Rosewood bracing is added to the sides. I don’t believe anyone else does this, but it is a mark of my quality workmanship.

I pay attention to small details. Top braces are tapered and sanded smooth.

Condition

• Top - This is a great example of what will happen if you let a guitar get hot and dried out. The top cracks are all due to excessive dryness. Plenty cracks result. All cracks are comprehensively stabilized. The guitar is now fully humidified. It has full range tone and harmonic response.
• Sides - excellent - solid Brazilian - Couple partial very tight cracks. Not visible on the inside.
• Back - excellent - solid Brazilian - No cracks.
• Gear head face - excellent.
• Gear head back - excellent.
• Neck - excellent, but was at one time cracked at the heel. This is 100% stable.
